Thymes was at a point of diminishing returns in terms of growth. They were looking for inspired reinvention. The design created packaging as gift wrap to imbue a sense of handpicked product, specially crafted for every occasion. The redesign of 12 collections and 250 packages caught new eyes and opened new doors of distribution.

We found ourselves at a point of diminishing returns in terms of our growth. We really had stagnated and were looking for someone to reinvent us. The time had finally come to look outside of ourselves for that inspiration. That was what really brought us to Duffy & Partners in the first place.
